We have our own minibus; we will fetch you from your cabin if you want!


About Skihytta


Restaurant Skihytta has a fantastic mountain location. We offer a varied lunch menu, an à la carte menu, and (new for this year) our own pizzeria. In 2010 we received the “Norwegian Foodprints” award, a quality mark for the use of Norwegian and local ingredients.


Our location, at an altitude of 819 m right next to the tree line on the sunny side of the mountain, provides you with a fantastic view by way of a side order to our extensive menu. Skihytta is known for its excellent food, especially our lunch speciality soup dish “Suppegjøk”.


On Fridays and Saturdays we welcome guests to a fantastic experience of food and atmosphere with our à la carte menu. With a roaring fire in the hearth and our friendly staff, you will be made very welcome.

Après-ski on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the season from 3 to 6.30 p.m. Skihytta is ideal for an adult clientèle. From January we will have live music on Fridays and Saturdays as part of our après-ski evenings. If you want, we can even drive you home afterwards.
