Alfarheim farm is situated in fantastic riding terrain, close to enchanting primeval forests and untouched nature. Gry and Svein Eriksen and their horses welcome you to an experience-filled holiday!
Alfarheim is home to a variety of horse breeds: Norwegian coldblood trotters, Fjord horses – the national horse of Norway – and Shetland ponies to name just a few. On guided tours and in private classes you are always sure to meet adult horse-enthusiasts with plenty of knowledgeabout the nature and wildlife in Trysil.
The horses are friendly and dependable. Tours are always adapted to suit the skills of the participants, and we can promise you an exciting ride, regardless of your previous riding experience, or lack thereof. Safety is a priority, and even those with little or no experience will feel at ease here.
